Almost every second someone is loosing his/her life during travelling.

First priority should be given to  controlling lights on Roads

Red
Green
Orange /yellow

We should strictly follow this rule

In our nation 20-30 % vehicle Drivers tries & avoid these signals

RTO Road Transportation organisation should install an automatic system with the combination of lights

Need to add & merge some more LED Solar energy based  lights/bulbs  on & within the roads , 

which will be  visible & attract driver of the vehicle easily .

& We should install Led light (Red  , green, yellow) merged within the Road & on every crossing.

 and with the red light signal we should add  few more things

We should install a chain of iron nails  focusing towards direction of road or vice versa
Chain will be based on flip flap techniques
When red lights are active iron nails will UP
When green lights  will Active Nails will merge within the road .

This technique may have drawbacks, 

but yes this is the Best  solution to avoid Road Accident on crossing of light signals.
