I know you know about this threat much better than me.
But still I will try to solve this problem for better Results with most of the Benefits.
In simple words
Harvest & transport flooded water to all over the Nation by Establish an Infrastructure which starts near the Dam and travels over the NHAI with in Artificial canal all over INDIA.
This Infrastructure is having lots of Benefits
Need Huge Investment for Huge Infrastructure
To Reduce Investment & pollution we will use waste materials such as
All types of plastic waste, Concrete waste , metal scrap , scrap machineries , old Heavy vehicles, waste land filled sites ,

We just need to transfer water timely from Dams to water crisis areas by using canals or another media .
Let me build an Infrastructure which will solve more than 10 National issues .
Start from Dam follow NHAI without ending .
NHAI in India has connectivity by Roads all over India .
We have to construct Flyover type Structure over the Road .
Piller should be constructed by using concrete waste and other materials from landfilling sites mixing with fresh cement and necessary items.
On the constructed Flyover make artificial canal
Canal should be construed by Reusing Recycling plastic waste from landfilling sites all over World.
Within Canal install Turbines according to width of canal,
flowing water has power to rotate turbines continually 24*7*365 till water is flowing with motion
As canal is artificial constructed , it's our duty to take care of it and get benefits as much as we can

2 fish aqua life
3 proper water supply
4 every time availability of water
5 hydroponic and aquaponic cultivation
